Return, Shipping, and Cancellation Policy for Nuzest.

RETURN POLICY

If you don't love our products within 30 days, you get your money back. It's that simple. No questions asked (minus shipping and handling, when applicable).

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your shipment with your name, order number, and email through our contact page.

If you are wanting to return a product that arrived damaged, please supply an image of the damage with your request for a replacement.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you would like to cancel your order, we will do our very best to process your cancellation request prior to your order shipping. If your order has already shipped, please accept the package and request a return authorization at info@nuzest-usa.com. Please note that canceled orders are subject to a restocking fee and the cost of shipping and handling

SHIPMENTS TO HAWAII AND ALASKA

Nuzest does not offer free shipping to the Non-Contiguous USA (Alaska and Hawaii) at this time, but you can still order our products. Shipping costs to these areas is $25.00 USD.

SHIPPING TO APO ADDRESSES

Nuzest does not offer shipping to APO addresses at this time. 

SHIPPING TO CANADA

We welcome our Canadian customers to visit our Canadian website at nuzest-canada.com for all of your product needs.

WHEN YOU CAN EXPECT YOUR ORDER

Once your order is processed, our shipping time is generally 3-7 business days. 

NOTE: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are temporarily extending our expected delivery estimates to 6-9 business days.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You should receive a tracking number within 1-2 business days of placing your order. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will receive their tracking number on the second business day following their order.
